cantonaa (U9321051) posted Mar 31, 2008 Why would Rio want to go anywhere else, anyway? With players like Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez, Anderson, Nani ( and that's just some of the younger ones) around him, why move? The current Squad is arguably the best we've ever had. Can you imagine the sinking feeling for any player leaving Old Trafford?

K19 - love you long time (U9683729) posted Mar 31, 2008 If Rio is worth £350k per week and Brown only £50k, does that mean that Rio is 3 times as good?

addicted2united (U11397083) posted Mar 31, 2008 really good news that rio wants to end his career at united. most consistent performer in the side, tie him, evra and brown down to new contracts a.s.a.p. definetly should be england captain, deserved his chance, and certainty to be next united skipper. hopefully he will progress the younger talent through such as pique and evans, both seem to be good young players. i feel maybe in the summer we need to get shot of fletcher and saha, bring in a fresh, quality striker such as berbatov or huntelaar.
