Browse: Snooker Ronnie needs to be Bannedby Rocketmaster (U2842071) 27 March 2008 I am a huge Ronnie fan. True fan. But today after reading his comments, he needs to be banned for those comments. But World snooker won't do that because he is so good. And in my opinion he said out aloud what every guy thinks, I find it funny, but Ronnie not in public. flashyk (U1650852) posted Apr 19, 2008 Ronnie O'Sullivan is the modern day Alex Higgins, and people with that sort of genius, as Higgins was undoubtedly, are the enigmatic, mercurial-types that go hand-in-hand with being a genius. They wouldn't have their ability if they were straight-laced, its part of being just that little bit special. The special ones are also the troubled ones.

bobdaspider (U4018589) posted Apr 19, 2008 Have just seen Ronnie's comments at the China Open on youtube... hhmmnn, a bit daft and he really ought to know better. Disappointment (at losing the match) is one thing, but carrying on the way he did in public, in front of many new snooker fans and sponsors alike was niave. Whether Ronnie likes it or not, being the top player in the game means that wherever he goes, he is acting as an unofficial ambassador for World Snooker. Comment on this article
