i agree with jean claude, getafe are a good team and we wouldnt relish that game as we would be favs prob and similar to osasuna the other season. they beat madrid at bernabeu not long ago and beat spurs in jols last game at white hart lane earlier in the season. i think they could be dark horses. id like sporting as they are not as good as porto or even benfica, or leverkusen maybe as if we can beat stuttgart and werder then we can beat them too. zenit are a decent side wd be a hard place 2 go and no doubt have some expensively acquired players being from russia. did they not beat us 3-1 in a friendly at ibrox last season?

hopefully sporting, i think that would be our best chance of going through, they are techncally better than us but still a good shout. Is Advocaat still at Zenit? If he is would be good to put them out but I think we would struggle. My worry is that I think we will struggle to score against most of the teams still in it, we got 2 lucky goals against Werder, never looked like scoring lastnight, scored on goal in 2 games in the previous round,and now we are starting to come up against the "eite" in the tournament

A goal is a goal when your team scores it. There was nothing lucky in the home leg against Bremen. Lat night though was awfull. How dare we go over there and put a defencive performance on like that! I know the italians do it but... score - we didnt.

Well done Bears but I expect more fire and hunger for goals in both legs pls Walter!

Another note - I hope this acheivement will raise our profile accross the UK and europe. Manchester City Stadium would be nice but I would preffer the League any time!

I agree with what most are saying.

But In my opinion we can beat any of these teams at Ibrox, even Bayern Munich.

But the key to getting through for Rangers will be to defend the away leg with their lives.

Still, I'd rather avoid Munich, but we do tend to get hard draws.

I'll take anyone however, on their day(s) Rangers can progress against anyone!

OK now we all know who you would take i think we should concentrate on who Rangers draw, not who you draw. Anyways none of you are in the last 8 so it's irrelevant who you would take in the last 8. Jokes aside, i don't think that we are now up against the best teams in the draw, lets be honest Pana and Werder were hardly rubbish teams. We should be so proud as we are a new team under new management with little budget and a fixture overlog. I don't think overlog is a word but i can't think of the right word so hopefully it will go un-noticed. unoticed unNoticed. Words are wierd. So am I, so are you. blah blah ok right i am going to get on with doing nothing. Watched the game with my spurs m8 last night, he hoped we would go out after they lost to PSV, a team we normally whip i believe? Hahahaha anyways he was gutted we went through. i had been on the spurs board after hutton signed for them as well and they were saying it wasnt fair he was cup-tied for them as we would get beat by the greeks or if not them the germans. well ive just reserved tickets for the final, early days yet but might as well cos u never know.
