I would suggest that another 2 or 3 games like the last 3 and curbs could well be on his way out of the club. We all know what happens when the board comes out and backs the manager.

All those hammers fans talking about the injury problems at West Ham, need to look at the players who are injured and their history record:

Ljunberg, Bellamy, Parker, Dyer

I mean some of the players Curbs has brought and are now injured are his fault and his fault only.

Add to the fact that you're defence is in serious trouble, Anton F is not good enough, and LBM is a joke.

There needs to be a clear out in the summer, and perhaps this new sporting director, can help Curbs, personally i doubt he'll be there next season.ok

GodSquad: -

I totally agree with you, people are blaming the injuries and not the manager but forgetting the manager bought some of the most injury prone players available then blames it all on that! total cop out if u ask me.

Curbishley is USELESS at spending money and i prove it with these names: --
Nigel Quashie
Calum Davenport
Luis Boa Morte
lucas Neill (60K plus a week)

If he thinks we're gonna push for the top 6 with the likes of lee bowyer and LBM in the team he's a worse manager than i thought. I've never liked him purely because of his boring style of football, end of season slumps which happens every year, playing for the 1 nil and his pure lack of charisma! This isnt charlton curbishley but those of you who want to keep him i hope your happy with finishing around 12th every season.

The injuries are not an excuse, the manager bought injury prone players so what does he expect.

I believe if West Ham is going to challenge for Europe then a more ambitious manager is needed. Curbushley did well last season keeping us up but my doubts are growing. He blamed the clubs problems on injuries, but he has brought weak players did season, and been buying players who lack ambition. Luis Boa Moate is useless for us and we need a new left winger, Ljunberg needs more confidence, Quashie is properly the worst midfielder in the Premiership, Dyer was always on the injury list at Newcastle and the list goes on.

They have been doubts risen by some of the players. Konchesky made an attack against Curbs, but I felt it was just because he disliked the manager. Reo-Coker didn't think must of Curbs and I have heard that Tevez didn't get on with him either. On Skysports' website it said that Faubeart also was critical of Curbushley because of his lack of tactical analysis. Curbs relationship with Ashton also meant to been rocky and I wouldn't be surprised if he left in the summer, which I hope he doesn't.

Tactically Curbushley has also been weak. He also play 4-5-1, playing Cole alone who is this season's Marlon Harewood. Ashton hasn't been on form, but he is our best striker and the manager refuses to play him. Our best strike combo would be Ashton and Bellamy, with Zamora as our best back-up strike. Cole is awful in my opinion.

We need some young ambitious players to go with some experience hands. Noble should play more often because he at least plays with passion. Ashton want to be in the England squad and he will leave if he fills he has to. Green also wants to be in the England squad and he is a good goalkeeper, but without Upson our defence falls to pieces. We need another Left back in case McCarthey gets injured. I would love to see Joe Cole back in a West Ham shirt because he is skillful and plays with passion and can play anyway in midfield. I wouldn't mind seeing another striker in the squad.
The number of 1-0 and 0-0 draws this season is laughable. Curbushley doesn't play any attacking football and our players haven't scored many goals.

Curbs has also brought players with ego problems and I don't know how he would handle that. I think we need a new manager, Bilic would be a good choose, but I don't know how he would do in club football. I wouldn't mind seeing Big Sam as our manager because I think he got a raw deal at Newcastle and he did do a good job with Bolton and could he him doing well with us. They are some good managers in the Championship such as Adie Boothyord, Gary Johnson and Tony Mowbray. I sure that they are good managers in Europe who may also fancy the job, but I don't know European football so well, Lippi would be fan those.

west country hammer-

Joe Cole??? Yeah, we'll sign Ronaldinho, Ronaldo and Kaka whilst we're at it.

Sam Allardyce? Yeah, he'll bring attractive football back to Upton Park.

Jeez!

In most walks of life people stand or fall by results in which case we should kick the players out poste haste! Yes, it reflects on Curbs too, 12 conceded over 3 games is a total nightmare. But this season should only ever be about consolidating premiership status. Remember this time last season? Curbs has my support. This is no time to change.Fact is, mid table security (relative) breeds these kind of performances. The sooner he can weedle the shirkers out and replace them people who will at least play for the shirt so much the better. Keep the faith. Everton looked like dropping Moyes last year. How are they doing? We need a bit of continuity otherwise every year becomes a "building year". The Hammers have much more scope than Charlton but remember without megabucks we are only playing for 6th place and a place in the UEFA cup. Lets not get carried away here.Anywhere out of the relegation zone this season is an improvement. But yes, next year we will want to see better consistency from the players. As for boring, c'mon, sometimes you have to grind out results in this league. The financial fear of falling out of it is too great.

sacking him would be the worst mistake ever. hes designed a good team and a little more spark and you could get up there with everton, challenging a little above your weight. good club, good manager, perfect for each other

but the point is we wont ever be an everton with him in charge! what makes you so sure we will be as there is NO proof..whereas there is bucketloads of proof showing we're gonna be a mid table side for the next 5 seasons. As for better managers Bilic is the obvious choice and indeed some of the younger managers out there doing well in the championship etc Just look at the attacking football Mowbrays got WBA playing!

Red Devil 101 of course your gonna say what you are coz your a bloody united fan! how about you have curbishley and sit mid table??? im sure you'll be saying exactely the same thing . cough

All the bubbles are bursting, say goodbye to the premiership next season if curbs stays...go now. Get shot of LBM, and all the sicknotes get some decent players in...ones with desire not overpaid casualties who are playing for us because no one else wants them.
Harry Redknapp best manager we have ever had, forced out and has been followed by total losers, Roeder and curbs, Newcastle in freefall charlton in the championship. Our club is in ruins. Look at Pourtsmouth now flying high why? There players arent special but the manager is. FA cup winners to be possible european place all is rosie down on the coast. I would say bring redknapp back but he would not come and why should he! Good luck Harry. Who will come they would have to be unemployed or desperate.

They've probably got someone lined up already. They'll probably wait until the end of the season then sack him. Hope you don't go foreign but you probably will.

He never smiles now - no change there then when he gets the bullet.
