Today's FA Cup and Premier League action

Hello

I bet Barnsley is a bit quiet today - even for a Sunday. More FA Cupset potential today with Middlesbrough v Cardiff (1400 GMT) and Bristol Rovers v West Brom (1800 GMT). In between, some decent Premier League action including Arsenal looking to stretch their lead to four points at Wigan.

A round of applause for Bristol Rovers. A fantastic run which i hope will not be forgotten in this season of many great cup preformances. And who would have fought that Cardiff would be in the semis when they went 1-0 doen to Chasetown. Well done them too.
