Does anyone else watching on ITV4 think that Craig Doyle is an awful presenter?

I'm a Red but I really don't understand some of the comments people post on here. We should all be happy that Merseyside has 2 teams to be proud of - does anyone on here remember the 80's when we both had excellent sides. There seems to be too much " were better than you" or " we've won more trophies". As for the game last night I was disappointed in Everton, I thought it was the worst performance from them this season that I have seen. But roared on at Goodison and hopefully with Arteta firing on all cylinders there is absolutely no reason you can't go on and win the tie.

You are so far behind Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea, it's embarassing. You talk abiout a gulf between Everton and yourselves, I think the same gulf exists between yourself and the top 3.

If you're not careful, next season the likes of Villa could be really challenging you for that 4th place.

---

What? 12 points behind the leaders? We're 5 behind Chelsea (albeit they have a game in hand).

2 seasons ago we finished 1 pt behind Utd (who finished 2nd). Last season we were 3rd again. Now all of a sudden we're 4th and it's suddenly only a "big 3". What? Because of one season. Ridiculous.

why is it the premier league is the only league with the issue of the "big 4" - its lovely to see the other european leagues so healthy in competition and having more to talk about than whos going to break into the monopoly that english football has become - everton will be a regular CL side soon and that will be brilliant

I don't mind Beglin but Tyldesley is an impartial prat. At one point all too quick to point out that Fiorentina were well deserving of 2-0. Alright, alright! Mind you he's not half as bad as that red nerd Green who thankfully has been keeping a low profile this season

No way everton can turn this around . I predict a 1-0 win for the viola at Goodison. Everton are out of their depth against this type of opposition.

Everton are certainly knocked out now. Your aiming to qualify for the CL when your not even Uefa cup standard?

A 'gulf' which sees both teams on level points after 28 games and Everton having recorded two more Premiership victories.doh
