giant1977 (U11135133) posted Feb 24, 2008 thats correct, cas will be here to stay, when relegation appears again in 3 years they will have a team strong enough to survive, but not beat the giants!!

segulfp (U6966418) posted Feb 24, 2008 The only good thing from a tigers perspective today was the fact that the younger players like Richard Owen and Joe Westerman etc.. stood head and shoulders above the old heads like Guttenbeil and Korkidas and made them look embarassing. Cas' front 5 need a complete overhaul. We'll bounce back in time. The future still looks promising.

toselandtiger (U8143714) posted Feb 24, 2008 Got to agree with you segulfp, Owen, Westerman and I thought Wainright had a decent game. Matterson said he only had 17 fit players to choose from but you need the experienced established players to bring the best out of the young lads and that just was not there today. posted Feb 24, 2008 £18.50 is nothing i was lookingin the rugby league magazine other day and we are one of the cheapest i have to agree with you it is too expensive.

tonytownend (U4758803) posted Feb 25, 2008 Castrician, Kevin Brown was my personal choice for man of the match. All the spectacular stuff came from the "rocket", there is a buzz of anticipation and expectation when he gets the ball, so it was easy to see why it was given to him, but Brown was at the heart of most of what we created. He has often been criticized for not being creative enough, so it was nice that he could shove that one back down his critics throats ! As for Cas, you will just have to continue to believe that that you are a better team than you were last time around in Super League, keep the faith and hopefully start to turn the corner.
