Did anyone see the Cas game today - have seen the final score and can't believe we got stuffed like that!!

BBC report is limited as usual - also wrong - it's thbe Giants first win of the season, no the second!

Am now worried re the Quins game next week as they seem to be playing ok and getting results which is bad news for us!

thats correct, cas will be here to stay, when relegation appears again in 3 years they will have a team strong enough to survive, but not beat the giants!!

The only good thing from a tigers perspective today was the fact that the younger players like Richard Owen and Joe Westerman etc.. stood head and shoulders above the old heads like Guttenbeil and Korkidas and made them look embarassing. Cas' front 5 need a complete overhaul. We'll bounce back in time. The future still looks promising.

they may not be able to beat the Giants but their first win will come soon

Got to agree with you segulfp, Owen, Westerman and I thought Wainright had a decent game. Matterson said he only had 17 fit players to choose from but you need the experienced established players to bring the best out of the young lads and that just was not there today.

having been to the game todat either the cas players have no pace at present or we need to move crabtree onto the wing with the Rocket "ROD" Jensen

Castrician, Kevin Brown was my personal choice for man of the match. All the spectacular stuff came from the "rocket", there is a buzz of anticipation and expectation when he gets the ball, so it was easy to see why it was given to him, but Brown was at the heart of most of what we created. He has often been criticized for not being creative enough, so it was nice that he could shove that one back down his critics throats ! As for Cas, you will just have to continue to believe that that you are a better team than you were last time around in Super League, keep the faith and hopefully start to turn the corner.

The game was not a contest.

Clear that Cas have not recruited anyone and have the intention of being beaten every week now that there is no relegation I suppose it doesn't matter how they perform. Huddersfield are not good so I am predicting some thumpings for Castleford

I left at half time.

I felt very sorry for the large travelling support who were very vocal infact the most noisy fans I've heard at the Galpharm. I can't see Cas winning a game their defence was pitiful and that is being nice. Everytime they came forward and looked like threatening they made silly mistakes or were just not clinical, However I did only see the first half

I left at half time.

i will give credit to some of the cas fans the ones which werer always stood up but many of there fans were leaving after 50 or so miniutes no matter what the score is you dont leave that early and they were leaving in huge numbers to go with 20 minits to go so i have nothingagainst cas but they are not all so loyal as they say ( but some are )
