Bad result tonight - HOWEVER, I'd just a quick word to thank the Dons for this seasons european adventure. After suffering years in the wilderness and before that - Bohiemians/Skoto Riga, need I say more. This season however, we've had a fantastic run and many highlights along the way - I'll always remember the Bayern/Copenhagen games at Pittodrie for the rest of my life. SO THANKS!!!.

Yes I would like to thank the players for playing their hearts out against the odds ever since the qualifying round. Its just a shame they probably wont be in Europe next season. A team like Aberdeen should be in Europe every season. They do need some strikers though, Mackie needs about 10 chances before he scores. Not good enough in Europe or at any level really.

It would have helped us if the referees cut us some slack. Supposedly there were only 6 Bayern fouls in the enitire 90 mins and 0 in the first half. I want someone to tell me why the goal was offside as Miller was clearly "Not active" as he never touched it. Hibs last saturday, does anyone remember the same thing happening there but no offside. Aberdeen played well but were unlucky, could have done a bit better at the back with the set pieces but overall Bayern were flattered by the scoreline, they dominated but werent desicive and Aberdeen conceded ealry from a dive leading to a free kick, YEt again Saturday's equaliser from Hibs was a prime example of this and yet the refs fall for it everytime. Even Nicol and Clark were raging on the touchline not just Calderwood.

Yep, well done to Aberdeen. As a Rangers supporter I'd say they could've beaten Pana too. Unlucky they drew the best team in the competition at a time when they didn't have a lot of players avalible. Hope they can sustain a league challenge next season, make things morinteresting. Well done again.

Even though I am not a Dons fan I think 5-1 flattered Bayren last night, but it''s a case of resources. If you compare the two benches last night the gulf in players was huge. Till next year eh?

Yes...great memories considering our club is such a bunch of losers, with wooden tops in abundance throughout from the very top to the very bottom... not a single professional amongst them......
That's our season finally put to bed............. and one just wonders.......
...what's it all about Alfie?

Thank you Aberdeen. Got my first trip into Europe with the Dons & saw an amazing game against Copenhagen when I was first properly introduced to a european night.

Madrid was a shame but superb to see a massive away support, again, going to enjoy the whole occasion of following your team into europe.

Munich at home was incredible, 2 massive bounces with the goals, and the smile on my face as I was heading for a pie was something I won't forget.

Can't see us getting back into europe for next season but we will be back!!

THE DONS
