U5664915 posted Feb 6, 2008 I wouldn't get carried away, Capello has been a defensive Manager for years and doesn't like to play attacking Football, That's the reason why Real Madrid got rid of him. A scappy 2-1 win for England

germantrini (U7789397) posted Feb 6, 2008 It's early days yet but if Capello can instill self-confidence, that should go a long way for a win. A major problem has been in the past, a collosal lack of self-confidence and disipline.

respect_my_authority (U5421794) posted Feb 8, 2008 None of the england team are the 'best players in the world' - if they were they would be off at the euros this summer - look how Croatia tore you apart - just because only a few of their players play in the premier league doesn't mean they are inferior. They are technically superior - that was borne out over the whole qualifying series - Rio may be one of the better defenders in the premiership but get a grip - best in the world - that's such a bold statement - how much world football do you watch to come to come to that conclusion?
