Not a bad result for us. With missing Yakubu, Yobo, Pienaar, Cahill we were at risk for a loss here and we'll take the point.

He had a brilliant game tonight and showed why he is worth so much to the fans and the club and ultimately why he'll be one of the best and most versatile England defenders in a generation.

I was unsure about Jags at the beginning of the season. He looked a good squad player but nothing else. With Yobo away he has stepped into that Central Defender spot brilliantly. Much has been made about competition for places but Jagileka displays of late have really shown how important that can be. With Leighton Baines it seems forever injured a back four of Neville, Yobo, Jagielka and Lescott looks formidable.
