Disappointing news but hopefully it is not the start of another injury stricken season.

Listen , the DC is a team game and we have 1 good player. What sort of team are we really going to be with 1 good player. We are losing 3:0, we are going to lose 5:0 and if it was possible we would also lose 1000:0.
We are a very rubbish tennis playing nation, but we are not naive, WE KNOW IT laugh.
I have a lot of respect for the lads who did turn out and play. Argentina on clay against their longish list of top players is frightening, but at least our lads had a go.

We must keep entering the Davis Cup,it is the
only way we can measure
ourselves against the elite nations.Nobody
suggested we withdraw
at the height of henmania
when we played USA IN
Birmingham.Over the years
we have had a number of nadirs, and a few zeniths
going back to the days of
Roger Taylor and Bobbie
Wilson.

Get behind the lads
and support the the Scots
boys who make up the current team !

Thanks Andy Murray. That's the end of the GB Davis for loads of fans. You must feel really proud of yourself. We (lots of us, before I get told off for that) don't want you to represent us ever again.

I don't want AM to represent GB. He's selfish (and I might add, too hairy, although I suppose, that's just a personal dislike) and a bad sport. GB sport just isn't up to it, I suppose. A few years ago we would have had to stick to snooker and darts (and underwater tractor pulling, etc.) but with the Internet and Digital we can now watch proper sportspeople from other countries.

"Oh please if this is a general bit on how great French sports team are then I laugh right back as you. I saw in person how the French rugby team (on home soil) had no answer to England in the world cup. As usual your boys had no backbone and came second once again in a world cup to England!"
At least the French have a team spirit. Where was Murray? England are crap at sport and you can't see it. Spain is a paradise for those of us who don't think all day about the best way of getting pissed.
