southampton were desperate to keep him after his recent loan spell but couldnt finance the deal.
so even though he may no longer be a premiership player he can still cut it in the lower leagues.......................like scotland .

I think in all honesty we're glad to get him off our books salary wise whether we rated him or not. Since he werent gonna feature.

Personally I'm in the group of people who think he was poor for us (and there are plenty of us). The rest admire his years of service and think he was okay.

I doubt you will find anyone whoever thought he ever starred for us.

However he was with us for some time so good luck to him and thanks.

Fair well to a long serving member of the team, Not one of my favourate, never thought he cut it in the Prem, but did well in the Championship, always seemed to have a solid game for country too, gl to Dailey

I'm a rangers fan as well, go to matches when up in scotland so will look forward to cheering him on again. He was a great ambassador for the club, unlucky with injuries as well as haircuts and was never top quality. Was ok though and good luck to him at the gers!

I liked Dailly, but being honest i forgot about him, well done for staying at west ham all these years!
Good luck! He will do well where ever he goes, even if he doesn't play football, great ambassador!

I think hes a limited player but always gave evrything for us but im glad we've got shot of him and got a solid defence now.
