Carling Cup semi-final second leg

comment on the article

Hello ladies and gents

We should be in for a belter of a match this evening, with Everton, who trail 2-1 after the first leg, targeting a first major final since their 1995 FA Cup triumph and Chelsea still chasing glory on four fronts.

Spurs, of course, lie in wait in the final after their remarkable 5-1 drubbing of Arsenal. Personally, I'd like to see Everton pull this one off and set up one of those rare things: a cup final that doesn't involve one of the 'big four'...

"Shame the Uefa spot goes to the league as it might mean Liverpool scrape a Uefa spot now."

Thats rubbish. If chelsea play tottenham in the final, then the uefa cup place goes to tottenham no matter what. Which means that this year, 7th place doesnt go to uefa (unless tottenham make it to Champions league). gosh, i can really see the places 4th to 7th being bettles now.

Go read the rules mate.
No the losers do not get a Uefa spot.

capello would also do wlel to drop gerrarrd the under performer, why dosent mclaren give the captains armband to ferdinando or rooney if jts injured and besides chelsea scrapes pas teams with terry and lampard ,chelseaand man united have the best defence in the premiership and liverpool suck, 1 win in 6 games thats uefa cup form, chelseas and man u ad arsenal is 6 wins in six games thats champo league stuff sorry liverpool but everton villa and man city are better than you, liverpool have lost 5 times this season, while chelsea ,arsenal and man united have all lost 3 times each, when liverpool have a bad game they get a draw when arsenal/chelsea/man u get a bad game they grind out wins thats the whole mark of champions and why chelsea man u and arsenla have all been succesfull this century
