**SKELTON FALLS SHORT**Heavy by T_J (U7725783) 19 January 2008 Just want to say a massive well done to Matt skelton for making this fight a very difficult one for chegaev. The first few rounds really made Chegaev uncomfortable, and the phrase "Skelton has the ability to make any boxer look bad", really started to materialise. I mean matt skelton was a HUGE underdog and i believed the skill gap was just to much, but the guy gave it his all and did alot better then i expected. I was a bit dissapointed with two of the judges scores but with Matt fighting in germany, we all expected it. Latest 10 commentsRead members' comments or add your own

I say back to the gym work the bags do a little running and pull a Foreman on them all.

Craig Currans Right Peg (CCRP) (U7079254) posted Jan 22, 2008 A valiant effort but skeltons lack of boxing skill was clearlt evident. He is not polished enough at world level to trouble the best.Any clean hitting counter puncher and the fight would of been stopped around round 10.

The Happy Giraffe (U1665797) posted Jan 23, 2008 Matt Skelton seems like a nice guy but is absolutely awful to watch. Holds and grabs and doesnt even have a knockout punch. Cant believe the Setanta commentator thought it was close going into the last round!!!!!!
