And I feel no inhibition in admitting my foolishness, since I read Gandhi and do not agree with many of his economic policies, which also do not stop me opposing globalization and free market economy. This is probably prudent for me to acknowledge one mistake, because this is exactly the philosophy I have been trying to defend: acknowledging a mistake and apologize.

nemonamora (U10798393) posted Jan 23, 2008 I don't think you know the concept of sarcasm. I expect someone from JNU would, since it is the only university, apart from the Presidency College of Calcutta, where people provide political awareness a priority. It is the place which made stalwarts like Prakash Karat and Sitaram Yechury, who are trying some serious stuff to bring a real change in the country. If Indians don’t blow it by giving the country to the rightist govt, we’ll see a sea change in the mental setup of commoners. And those who thought democratic reductionism is dangerous, he/she must look to the world and see what did the opposite of that brought us. A crook as a CM in one of the most important states in India, a moronic president in one of the most important countries in the world, and two dangerous faces in two of the most volatile states in the world. You all have disgraced a very graceful sport as cricket. Good that India does not play any other sport, otherwise the spectators (not the players or officials), but the spectators like the ones in here would have brought shame to sports. Now for cricket, you guys have long alienated graceful sports lovers. I hope you wouldn’t do that to any other sports. What am I doing here? My job is done, it is time I quit.
