ablue1972 (U3620445) posted Jan 16, 2008 Please feel sorry for Hampshire CCC. Time to say goodbye to Warney. Obviously treating Hampshire as a part time hobby. How many games will he play this season then? Very few i fear, But still on the full contract. Replace him with a young 18 year old ENGLISH cricketer now thank you.

saddlers away (U10851590) posted Jan 17, 2008 Warnie's been combining cricket and 'Poke'er' for years! It's just a matter of time before Hampshire snap and run out of patience or maybe they'll find someone to bridge the gap.

Hampshireboi (U9548989) posted Jan 17, 2008 I am a huge Warnie fan, but I am very cheesed off about this. However, Hampshire say that already have a replacement lined up. Could this be another one of Warnies Ozzy friends again, like Stuart Clark last year?
