Premier League Newcastle United

The only manager for me is Kevin Keegan. Now I just want to canvass opinion on him alone a simple yes or no will do and anyone with nufc profile can comment but without trying to offend others I am only interested in Newcastle supporters opinions so those of other teams will be deleted. My opinion is this:- Why the hell not cos even if we fail we'll have a great time trying and the football would be attractive. If MA backs him with hard cash in the transfer market who's to say what we could achieve.People say never go back but I'm on my second turn at my job and on twice the money so thats just rubbish.Imagine the atmosphere it would be fantastic.Bring back the noise!!!!Bring back King Kev the second coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may as well go for it. Success won't be guaranteed, but it'll be attractive football to watch. Don't expect anything for the second half of the season off him though theres a hell of a lot in that squad need getting rid of or a sqaure kick up the arris.

NO ... I agree with simonc, Keegan would crack with the pressure like before! I doubt that Shearer would take the risk now he has a nice BBC contract!

All this "cracking under the pressure" is just a myth. All managers have done it in the media .

Ferguson refuses to speak to basically every TV channel about, because of difficult questions being asked. Yes, that's standing up to pressure well.

Wenger, Mourninho - they made basically annual media balls up. Mourinho basically got sacked because he couldn't handle the pressure in a dignified manner

why do you only want NUFC fan's opinions? Because you're scared of reality and you enjoy living in your little black and white bubble?

Who'd have thought it. Can a manager from 10 years ago cut it in the 21st century? Watch this space...! I bet he's not in charge this time next year and Newcastle will be in the same situation their in now - or they'll be fighting not to be relegated.

I honestly think Keegan has had enough time to turn things around - after 2 abject performances, surely its time for Ashby to send KK packing.....
