Hey guys,
im a madd liverpool supporter from Australia of all places, from reading all your comments it seems that most of you think we should get rid of kewell????
why don't you remember how devastating he was at leeds? possibly best player in the epl at the stage. Rafa has shown faith in him all this time so i dont think he'll be getting rid of him soon, but im sure that if you stick with him for a while yet he'll return to some of his better football.
Not that it isn't good now, some of his link ups hvae been magical, his playing partnership with Torres is freaky (good)
thanks guys

LOL stick to the aussie rules mate. you must be taking the p!ss if you think kewell will ever be as good as he was at leeds!

Rafa has I think lost control of liverpool, but so have the Americans, they thought they wouldn't have to put any money in after the summer signings and they thought they would make a profit but they didnt know into what kind of buisness they were getting into.
Otherwise on field matters, kewell, aurelio and kuyt should be replaced. A big club like liverpool should have 2 world-class strikers and kuyt is not one. Quaresma should be bought in and a world-class striker also if we rotate a lot.

Torres
Babel---------Quaresma

Gerrard
Alonso-----Mascherano

Riise---Agger--Carra---Fínnan

Reina

After this there wont be so much to spend in the summer. And we all know Rafa will be buying many of these 1-5 million signings that are useless.

I think Sissoko is not only a bad player on the pitch but his decision making ability reflects off-the pitch as well.

I am talking about his flight from African Nations to sign with Juve which I'm sure Juve would not have imploded if Sissoko had agreed terms with a Juve agent in Africa (fly him in)
Or as his Manager said Juve should have given Sissoko a private Jet.

It's funny how Sissoko gets pushed around like that, like flight baggage.

Lucky for Liverpool not to have him anymore.

sissoko looked to have real potential when he arrived, however ever since the eye injury he suffered against benfica, he has really struggled. Plus the fact mascherano has been world class since his arrival, it was time for momo to move on. Plus £8million is a tidy profit - helps for the £17million needed for masch.

Great Deal for Juve, a loss for Liverpool.

Sad the Mali coach was not happy with the timing and and manner. Its also sad they crushed out of AFCON.

Maybe Juve are happy to have their new player early.

A real loss for the primiership

good business for a player who couldn't pass wind. Kind of ruins the "best midfield in the world" song though!

You might be right, and I might be wrong, but let's wait and see.

But I still believe Sissoko would of done better than Mascherano, but football is only what happen on the pitch, so let's watch how this will do at anfield and how the other will do in torino.

As a Liverpool fan I am happy to see the man leave. I personally believe he is a good player, however he is never going to regain the form he once showed. His loss clear loss in confidence has clearly showed on the pitch and he has never replicated his best football.

And while I will never forget his finest hour for liverpool, easily his first leg performance against Barcelona last year. Here he showed his true potential, and clearly showed onhis day he was one of the best in the world.

I am grateful for his good games but they have been too few and far between this/last season. After showing early promise he has not built on it enough to be considered for a team that has Gerrard, Mascherano, Alonso (hmmm) and Lucas all vieing for 2 spots.
