Absaloute class!

Burnley
comment on the article

Newcastle fan in peace, just wanna say that every single player/employee/fan at Burnley deserves a pat on the back, 1:0 down, only 10 men (unless you count the crowd who must count for another 10 players at least) and your easily the better side, this is why we love the FA cup!

Congratulations of a top quality performance so far, 2 goals in 18 minutes please - COME ON BURNLEY!!!

All we need to beat Burnley is our second team and a mediocre performance, what does that say about Burnley..? Rubbish!

burnley played well the diffrence was when edurado and bedtner had there chances the finshing was clinical a performance which last season arsenal might have lost or drawn as the depth of the squad has improved

I did not watch the game but just the highlight from Arsenal TV. It seems to me that Arsenal was trying to do just enough to get through, maybe because they have to play Tottenham on Wednesday, probably the same side will play and it is almost for sure that the tempo of the game would be a lot different than yesterday. I agree 100% that first team players should be rested when playing a lower divison team, just to avoid injuries is a good enough reason.

lol yeah. I am so disappointed by the levels of respect alot of Arsenal fans are displaying.
They seem to struggle to grasp the concept that their second XI are strong enough to be a competent, if not great Premiership Team, and that a performance by our lads...worth maybe £5 mill, was a great achievement against players worth more than that EACH.
I think that the fact that Blackburn fans, who are our strongest rivals, have said that we deserved something from the performance is a testemant to how well our 'Rubbish' team did.
The difference between Arsenal and Burnley on the day was a £9,000,000 striker. That sort of thing is out of any CCC sides hands.

i am sorry to say that arsenal as a football club (well, the supporters anyway) have gone down in my estimations, such a large percentage are arrogant and are so blind to the fact that burnley deserve some credit for their performance. Thank you to the humble fans of arsenal who have been respectful and it is much appreciated. if your manager is humble enough to give burnley some credit and say well done, why cant you? il tell you why- because your so far ur your own backsides you cant breathe. you dont deserve to be classed as supporters with your attitute and the like. the majority of you are absolute t055er5

Im an arsenal fan and would like to apologise about all the idiots who claim to be arsenal fans.they dont go to the games so have to find another way of proving to themselves there real supporters.

but well done burnley, you were the better team on the whole,i do happen to think it was a red card as it was clearly a dangerous tackle adn could have been a leg - breaker however it wasnt melicious.and you were unlucky

a large percentage? have you done a survey of the 60,000 odd emirates regulars? or are you just going on what you read on 606?

I give Burnley credit, i thought they played well, with passion, and determination but personally speaking when i was watching i was never worried, even if the header at 0-0 had gone in. you can call me arrogant, but i watch Arsenal week in week out, and when i can i watch the reserves, so i know what they can do.

Im not taking away anything from Burnley, there is obviously a big difference between the clubs so you have to credit Burnley for having a good go, they had sustained pressure and a lot of the ball. If the match was decided by who exerted the most effort, then Burnley would have come out on top.
