And Fergie has rejected an offer from them.

Wonder how much money it was, Newcastle might of tried to pay quite a good fee because they are in dire need of a defender.

Brown is a terrible player!

Brown is a top quality defender, i think that he would be worth about £10-12 Million and I think that Newcastle would have offered a crap £6 million, I hope brown signs a new deal he is top quality like i said and he is a great back up to Gary.

Has any of you jokers out there actualy taken the trip down to old trafford this season. Brown has been fantastic all season and his runs forward have not all gone in vain as he set up some vital goals aswell as blocking vital shots and vital tackles.Brown for England

Just checked on National Rail Enquiries and the train fare's about £45, so along with other expenses (sandwich on the train, buses to the station etc) maybe about fifty quid? £55 I suppose with his agent's 10% on top...

I have always rated Wes Brown very highly and to come back from the terrible injuries early in his career shows great strength of character.

If I could I would advise him to stay at United because he is highly rated by Sir Alex and has always been wanted by the club.

Maybe another club would pay him more but in his heart of hearts he is a Red and does not want to leave Man Utd. This is all down to his agent.

Be smart Wes, trust Sir Alex who has always had your best interests at heart, and sign on for United.

I don't normally rate Wes Brown, But this season he has been fantastic, He's a good cover for Gary Neville. Face it, Neville said himself that it would be a struggle getting back into the first team because of the way Brown is playing. smiley Go BROWN !!
