The only fit LB's we have are Nyatanga (who is better cental imo) and Mo, so I think this is a good signing from that point of view. Well experienced player who does the job, perhaps not the best ever but he HAS played for england, and that shouldn't be overlooked, he wasn't picked as a benchfiller either, as I recall he was playing for england all the time for a short stint.

Not a long term prospect but should add a bit of steel to a rice paper defence.

Great defender but I'm glad he is gone. He does nothing but draw attention to himself and results in teams spending the game with ten men.
MILLS, DON'T COME BACK!!!

He is a decent signing for derby in my opinion, although he's got a bad temper as every1 has seen, good signing for derby though, they can do with what ever they can gt lets be honest

A liability and a looney one at that! If he was still any good would he have been doing the rounds on loan? Doubt if he'll help Rams cause.

Probably can still cut it at the top level but is liability to himself and others.

Rama no i do not expect derby to be signing the next rooney, but at same time i do not want us making same mistakes, billy bort wash outs like griffin, todd and Earnshaw have they helped? No,

now we are looking at same, if i litte higher up, still same pro with them, though i would love them to prove me wrong.

But I want us siging young league 1 and Champ players like commons, surman, and R woods

As well as top loans like fletcher, Is miller and another Osman

Says it all about Jewell: 'I'm delighted to have him'. Nobody else would be. Jewell has no ambitions as is evidenced by the clubs he has 'managed'.

He would've been at Charlton still had he not gone mental against Hull at home.

Glad Charlton saw the sense to let him go, well done Derby you have got yourself a will winner there.
