Former Leinster and Scotland coach Matt Williams has been appointed as the new Ulster Head Coach.

What do you think? Is he the right man for the job?
What should be his first priorities?
Is a lack of confidence the main problem for Ulster?
Do they need fresh ideas or new players?

Its definitely a first step on the road to attempted recovery....we couldn't be in a worse position and so it needs something. My fear is that he will not be given the resources to develop the team that Ulster need.
