Dont get me wrong i dont like man u one bit, but what Alex said about all the big time charlies at his club was spot on and i have no doubt if they dont toe the line they will be out no matter who they. I wish some outher managers had the same balls

ps. just one note have you noticed you hardley hear any of the FOREIGN players getting in this sort of trouble

I accept that there are, more than likely, a few decent players with decent values (Jeremy Griffiths), but I would think that is a relative, i.e. far fewer when compared with the general public.

But what about the abject lack of loyalty to fans or clubs, although every player would have you believe he's in love with your club? I genuinely believe most of these players would have nothing but contempt for most fans. Is this not borne out by the number of transfers, haggling for more money as opposed to securing a role in the team, the use of agents?

Do football fans truly not resent these overrated, overpaid, averagely-talented players?

I wonder what these players would be doing if they weren't footballers?

And I agree, SAF should have a little more humility generally, as well as his players, though I fear the latter wouldn't know the meaning of the word; only Cristal, Bentley and 'roasting'.

fergie is right, have you noticed when some players score a goal they run away from their team mates run to their own fans and do some crazy gestures.

Foreign players may not go out drinking but they do jump around and cheat un every game they play. Fabregas did it only yesterday and he also did against Chelsea, if you ask me that is worse than going out every so often and getting drunk. After all everyone is entitled to fun sometimes.

what, ALL foreigners dive and introduce it to the game?? so i suppose the premiership would have been better off without those well known trouble makers like henry, van nistelrooy, cantona, etc etc?? what a silly thing to say.

it is well known in britain that we suffer a drinking culture like no other. who has the SKILLS on the pitch?? foreigners. who raise the standards on the pitch?? foreigners. who score all our goals or save all our goals or make vital tackles or entertain the crowds???? foreigners. so all this 'on the pitch' rubbish you talk about makes no sense.

So right Sir Alex. Same comments from Roy Keane (a few days before Chopra and his WAG was a 6 spread cover in Hello mag. Ha!). Its an English desease. The craving for fame and glory in glossy mags. The WAGS culture. The Big Brother and Jungle shows. Gloryfied cocaine and crak heads.

With an attitude like that it is no wonder our game is in so much trouble. Next you will be defending Terry's decision to urinate against a bar in a club or Micah Richards and pal, spit roasting a teenage fan.

For the record the diving at yesterday's game went unpunished. Neville, Lescott, Yakubu and Cahill were all guilty of diving. You notice two of the players are English and not foreign as you allude to?

It was also noticeable who was missing/left early from the United party - all foreign.

As a Chelsea supporter I would also point out a that “Let He Who Is Without Sin Cast The First Stone.....”

He spends half his time puffing them up as "magnificent" and "the best side I've ever managed" and then gets angry when they get big-headed?

Well Fergie, you reap what you sew.

If you acted with some humility, maybe they would too.

What a stupid thing to say.

I think SAF is spot on! and this applies to all premiership clubs..I cannot believe people are arguing he does not have control at utd, just think how important beckham, rvn and stam were at the time they left and SAF still axed them.

I think the Everton game gave SAF a big smirk, as the 1 player who didnt attend the xmas party was the one who won us the game . . . . Ronaldo

I assume that those people who think all/most football players are stupid and selfish are the same people who disagree when some middle class men suggest that all/most football supporters are hooligans/yobs.

You can't have it both ways.
