Well its never pretty football at Ewood Park,
Blackburn were unlucky not to get something but i felt we got a well earned victory.

Now we have lost Cech.another sodding injury, But Hilario made a magnificient save to mark his arrival.

Lampard was very good today and reminded me of the one we saw in 04-05

Essien was ok, But we still give the ball away far too much
Awesome link up for goal and very well taken by Joe Cole

I think Shevchenko still has a little injury problem from Wednesday,
I think playing Arsenal and Liverpool in the same week was always gonna knock our fatigue, and to come out with 3 points at a very difficult ground has made me happy.

Hopefully Cech isnt too badly injured, more than likely out for Boxing Day. Now to get revenge on Aston Villa :)

I feel sorry for Shevchenko, Lampard never feeds the ball through to him. This is why he doesnt get enough service,
I bet you, when Ballack is playing he will feed shevchenko, them two are close friends on and off pitch

Right seen as nobody is replying I will ask my questions and see if anyone replies or not.

1: Avram Grant is he your long term manager or just filling a gap? I will admit I thought you made a big mistake but he is proving me wrong.

2: IF Grant is not your long term manager who are you waiting for?

3: January transfer targets??

4: Are Drogba and Essien going to the African nations?

I am not here just stirring things up I really wanna know your opinions.

As long as we keep Man U and Arsenal looking in their rear view mirrors I'm happy.
We grinded out 3 points and thats all that matters.
Merry CHRISTMAS to one and all even the... Man U and Arsenal fans winkeye

I'm not a Chelsea fan but I know the answers to the questions:

1. Grant signed a long term contract the other week I think. He is suprising me as a coach and is the long term man.

2. N/A

3. Some say Chelsea are after Anelka to replace Drogba for the ACON.

4. Drogba and Essien are going to the ACON, along with Kalou and Mikel.

Excuse me for not replying earlier but I was at the game yesterday so couldn't reply.

1, Grant is our manager, he has signed a 4 year contract, time to get behind him and see how he goes.

2, Any targets mentioned are pure speculation.

3, Anelka is a strong rumour, one I prsonally hope comes through, I expect 3 signings at least, apparently we have also already signed Di Santos, an 18 year old 6'4" Argentinian striker, supposed to be joining in Jan. The third signing wll be a winger or right back, I guess.

4, We do indeed lose Drogba, Essien, Kikel and Kalou to the ACON.
