By Pathetic refereeing, two games on the trot on injury time. What is going on here? Are we just unlucky? or are the referees deliberately biast? I can solidly say that was not a goal today and that their decisions are going to cost our premiership status.

It could have been so much different if Jones hadn't have been so greedy with the ball.

I'm sure a tough one to take for Sunderland in the circumstances but overall in the game I think Reading did deserve the three points, I saw MOTD and they reckon it wasn't even close to going in, now I've watched goals on Sunday and they reckon it was clearly in, is this why the goal line technology isn't around yet.

It is highly ironic though that it is Reading's Reserve or youth can't remember which one is the team being used to test this technology out

As a Sunderland fan I think we didn't play the best we have done yesterday. We've played with a lot more skill and passion however I'm necessarily saying that we played bad because we made some good counter attacks and Jones made some great chances for himself.

However I cannot say either way whether the ball crossed the line, I'm not sure either way - and that was watching a close up replay on the tv. So if I cannot tell by looking at a close up replay, how can a linesman who is stood up to 30 yards away tell?????? I personally feel it shouldn't have stood.

The debate about goal line technology - look at american football, they allow decisions to be challenged and the refree can look at a close up detailed replay before making his decision and everyone is a lot happier for it. Isn't it time we brought something like this into club football?

Yeah Sunderland are a dirty team they should of been sent off.

1. IT WAS A GOAL GET OVER IT!

2. You had about 3 shots on goal all game and we outplayed you.

3. Jones can't stop Diving.

4. Craig Gordon takes all year to kick a Ball.

URZ!

Very Good Comment it will teach those Sunderland fans that the goal stood.

Jones is a diver and a waste of £5m compared to our £80,000 joint deal.

And £34m spent on players was a waste.

Sunderland will go down.

Have to say it looked in to me. After 7 replays of course.

There are very few black and white decisions in football. Whether or not the ball crossed the goal-line is one of those.

For this one, specific purpose, let's bring in video technology. A word of caution, though...even technology has a margin of error. In seasons to come we may all be moaning about how we were robbed by a dodgy video replay, rather than a dodgy ref!

And I suspect Sunderland's continued Premiership status will not be decided until the last day of the season. Good luck.

It was the first Reading goal that should have been disallowed. Clearly offide.

The second goal was up to the linesman to make a decision. If it had been up the other end I am sure that Sunderland fans would be saying it was a goal.

Ingimarsson was off side from Sonko's header.
