Results on Sunday...Serious Repercussions??

Premier League Manchester United

What's the worst thing that can happen for each of the teams on Sunday assuming defeats!!

Arsenal loses and Man Utd Wins -- United go top, two points ahead of Arsenal. Chelsea still stays third, level on points with Arsenal and two behind Utd. History normally favours Utd if they go top!! They are hard to dispose off, but rather they normally go on to build a lead!!

Man Utd loses and Arsenal wins -- Utd remains a mammoth 4 pts behind Arsenal and really in the modern game, its not easy to chase a 4pt lead even though this is only mid-season. However, psychological factors favour Utd here for the reason that they have toppled a twelve point lead by xmas from Arsenal before. Liverpool will still stay fourth at 33 pts and a game in hand, which if they win as well, they will still stay above Liverpool provided GD is maintained in favour of Utd as it is for now!!

Chelsea wins and Utd losses - Chelsea moves to second place behind Arsenal, Arsenal having a superior GD!! United third and Liverpool fourth!! Utd two points behind Chelsea and Arsenal, but Chelsea a hard nut to chase especially after x-mas fixtures!! So, IMO the worst thing that can happen for the title is a Utd win and Arsenal loss; gives Utd an upper hand; the only big game away from home in 2nd round is Chelsea cause both Arsenal and Liverpool will have to go to Flare-Trafford!!

Whats your take??

How about lottery numbers ,are you any good on them?

The best thing about these sort of posts is reading them again after the actual results.

Everything here points to a draw between Chelsea and Arsenal but MU could just down Liverpool

I can only see two home wins today, the form of Gerrard and Torres should give them a win, and with at least one of Flamini<fabregas and Hleb back in the team i think Arsenal wil edge pat Chelsea, but Arsenal must be weary of Sheva's pace.(NOT)

Man Utd is too experienced for Liverpool in winning crucial premier league games like this. If Liverpool does aspire to clinch the premier league title, may the lads do their utmost to improve their head to head record against the other big three!

I think Man Utd will overpower Liverpool at Anfield. I think Gerrard will have a frustrating afternoon, Torres will limp off at beginning of game and Reina will be kept busy throughout. Leaving Utd going home with a 2-0 victory, knowing it could've been more.

I feel Arsenal will slump to Chelsea. I feel Terry will nod in a Florent Malouda corner at the start of the game. And Shevchenko will tap in after a swift counter attack midway through the second half to seal a well earned 3 points. Chelsea to nick it 2-0 just, after holding out to masses of arsenal pressure between the 2 goals.

......................

I would give up with the predictions Frank if I were you!
