Pakistan has lost 3 wickets in 2 overs and is now 6 down with 16 overs to go and its all the tail with Mohammed Yousef. India has an opening now.

india played too safe, their second innings was way too slow, to chase 300 on that would be impossible so batting on for another 80 runs was a waste of time. it is this kind of attitude that will prevent india from becoming the no 1 team in the world.

No wonder india has just won one series against pakistan in the last three decades-with such pessimistic thinking one would not have expected them to do any better.

lets not try n think the aussie way, lets play within our limitations..we had a very limited pace attack, which was exposed till ishant sharma's fine spell..we do not have a pace spearhead in our ranks, that we can bank on for taking quick wickets 9 outta 10 times..and test cricket is not all about winning, its about strategy as well..all i can say is that it was a fine last day's cricket you guys saw ( i missed it cuz of a stupid exam !! )
we did not need any stupidity before such an important tour comin up..and im chuffed that sehwag's in the probables !!!!

Now that you know the end result, it's pretty easy to say that... eh? It would been a stupid decision to declare at 300 knowing what we know Pakistan did in their first innings.

i reckon pakistan done well we are unfortunate to have important players injured at the wrong time with a huge series against our rivals india but props to india they edged both series

The declaration was stupid. There was no way pakistan were going to get 300 of 60 overs. A target of 300 would have meant pakistan would have to come out playing shots which would have brought wickets. There was no way pakistan would have scored 5 an over on a pitch that didnt bounce. India did the same thing in the last test in england. They could have won that 2-0 but were pessimistic and settled for a 1-0. DHONI FOR TEST CAPTAIN!

Rome wasnt built in a day, so there's no point in saying Aussies would have done this and that, India have to do what is right for them, at this present time. We know Aussies are far superior to other teams at the moment.

With some many injury problems facing pakistan, it was pleasing to see that they held on for a draw. Weather was on their side for once.

Pakistan fans keep harping on about their injured players not playing. India too had injuries - Sachin, Sreesanth, RP, Dhoni, Zaheer,Munaf to name a few but you dont hear us making excuses for not winning the series 3-0. You have to go with whats at your disposal.
