well said. idiots booing the anthem. It seems to help though!! I reckon when the oppenents hear the anthem being booed its a total advantage. Fans who booed---sad and lower class idiots

fella. Holding illegal wars , torture and false imprisonment are big deals. Starving and being made homeless also make my top 10. Some drunk blokes spending over a grand a pop to watch their hero and booing an anthem does not quite reach these heady heights. If it does for you I pity your morality and education, especially since you find it quite paletable to watch two blokes trying to beat each other silly and then get your knickers in a twist over a bunch of boos.

As for the farcical God Save the Queen we have as our own jingoistic call to arms. Feel free to jeer at it as much as you want.

It represents the British people about as well as christmas represents the will of turkeys.

My god so many cowards just jump on the PC bandwagon just so as to feel safe.

With the heart Ricky Hatton showed last night I think he must have Scottish blood in him. If the England football team showed half his courage they would win a major tournament every two years. A surprised and impressed scotsman.
