Your chance to quiz Micah

Premier League Manchester City
comment on the article

A few of you have asked Micah what his daily routine is like as a Premier League footballer and he explains exactly that in his latest column.

The Manchester City defender talks about his diet, his pre-training preparation and what goes into each session of fitness and skills work.

He also reveals whose side he likes to be on when he is playing keep-ball and how he still enjoys playing up front when he gets the chance!

Keep the questions coming in and if you have any ideas for topics for future columns then let Micah know using 606.

Micah, I've recently realised that I like boys,
How do I come out to my family?
Should I do it alone or ask my boyfriend to come with me for support?
or shall I not tell them at all?

Confused, 28
London

Hi Micah,

I have a question. When you, or any of your team mates, have been injured, particularly with a long-term injury, do you ever find yourselves struggling for motivation or getting frustrated that you can't train?

For me, Lewis Hamilton should have won the 2007 Sports Personality of the Year award.

What he's done in his sport in such a short space of time is unbelievable.

---------------------------

Oh Dear Michah! Yes Lewis Hamilton came 2nd in his 1st season at Formula 1, but what do you get for 2nd place?

Joa Calzaghe has been over-looked by the English media for a decade now and he RIGHTLY won the sports personality of the year.

He actually WON something in his sport this year and has been for 10 years, if that doesn't deserve it then I don't know what does!

Zara Phillips don't even get me started!!

Which leg would you rather break, your left or your right, or even both?

Or how about that big head of yours?
