Unlucky

Were getting no luck at the mo. 1st peno was very harsh, then Berbatov hits post, sending off was unreal and the withdrawal of bale was unfortunate, and then the Brum score an absolute belter (Berbatov poor on that imo)...and the ref basically allowed Brum to kick lumps out of our players for the entire game... So in view of all that I am not surprised we lost, I thought we played well and had one of those off days, not too dissimilar to last seasons game against NUFC.

Great to see all the wums out, they must be besides themselves but I'm not worried we will bounce back from this minor set back.

defended poorly against a weak Birmingham side.

=====================================

Just think what a good side will do to them.
Spurs have only won 2 league games this season, both teams are below them in the league.
Perhaps Spurs fans will now realise that their players are just not good enough.

Spurs clearly need a central defender; they entertain all over the pitch but there's just not quite enough chaos at the back (although losing 3 at home to Birmingham's getting close) - the missing link has to be Titus Bramble, never a dull moment when he's about. Let's hope Ramos swoops in January

I watched the match against AB on Thursday and listened with dismay to all the euphoria about Ramos and his inspired subs. What a load of old twaddle the commentators talk, it is better listening to fraggle rock while watching the football, at least it is informative? Well what I really wanted to say was that Ramos had a very, very lucky night, it just happened to come off for him and we got a win. But we are really no further on since MJ was despicably sacked. Darren Bent or is it dearer Bent said after the match any team going to want to beat us will have to score more goals than we do, we score a lot. Dooh, isnt that what all the teams are already doing. I have supported Spurs for nearly 50 years, but without any doubt this is the worst year of them all. Why? because they are prime relegation candidates if ever I seen one.
The team are very weak and inept in defence, ordinary in midfield and have one good striker, Keane, the rest are also rans. Too many of the team are still learning to play the game, there are not enough experienced players in the side.
If we had Kept MJ we would have been relegated, so said Daniel Levy, remember those words.
I think if we Keep Cmoli and Levy we will end up in the conference, but I suppose we might at least win it.
Bring back MJ

Rangers fan here so I'm neutral. Just like to say that Tottenham do have a good team, we've all seen what they can do - the last 2 seasons under Jol have shown their potential, i think it's just they have lost their confidence a little bit, maybe even more so after the way Jol was forced out. He did a good job and I think it was unfair the way he was treated. Although, at least your board aren't like Newcastle's, they're already wanting to get rid of Sam, that is rediculous if you ask me. Getting back to the point, I'm sure that Tottenham will bounce back sooner or later. Have a nice day smiley

Would someone tell Alex Mcliesh you dont need courage to play football as he quoted twice on match of the day. Our soldiers in Afganistan and Iraq have courage, not footballers. Get real Alex.

Will the rest of us Spurs fans get real and realise that Daniel Comolli is the one who signed these over priced, over rated nobodies like Boateng, Kaboul, and Bent - and these, along with Robbos rubbish form are the reason we are suffering.

Bent is as lazy as Berbatov and the only players worth his shirt this season are Keane and Chimbonda.

If Ramos really thinks he is gonna change this team buy not selling and buying in Jan then its gonna be a relegation fight all the way.

On paper we should be hammering nearly everyone in this league at home.

Get rid of everyone barring Dawson, Bale, Chimbonda and Keane and start again Ramos!

Comolli - if you have anything about you, you will quit this club and never look back - YOU are soley responsible for Jols departure along with our spineless, passionless summer signings!!

Hear Hear.
Sadly I think we will be the first club that showed so much promise and with the most expensive manager and staff including Dimolli to be relegated from the Premier League.
Does anyone actually know what Dimolli's Job description is? Isn't he French? Was he brought in to help that lot up the road? Although I have to admit they are a smashing team and I do hope for the way they play they win the league and Euro cup this year.
It is not their fault if we have decided to handicapt ourselves with incompetence at the top.
I still think MJ is a better manager than Ramos.

Commoli must go - he's an absolute disgrace. You are a joke Commoli, a total joke, and not a funny one either. Ramos really does have an enormous task on his hands. Can he turn things around - well, yes but he wont be helped with clowns like Commoli around.
