Channagun (U10604041) posted Dec 7, 2007 SuperKanga, probably a disgruntled Aussie, has stooped so low, he can now only bite the dust after Murali broke the record. While you are at it, why don't you also comment on how many wickets were taken by Warne during the period he was using performance enhancing drugs which his Mama gave him.

christkay (U10572774) posted Dec 7, 2007 “A SAD DAY FOR CRICKET” is indeed a fitting heading for this particular topic. Cricket has always been a gentleman’s game and loved by fans around the world, notwithstanding the socioeconomic background of nations – poorest of the poor and those in wealthy countries. In majority of the British Commonwealth countries, cricket is revered as high as a religion – especially in Asia where Muttiah Muralitharan (Murali) the world famous right-arm off break bowler comes from. His recent achievement as the world’s highest wicket taker and best bowler in world rankings are well-earned awards and cannot be challenged by any sane individual.

Albondiga (U6617991) posted Dec 17, 2007 I've heard comments about being a legspinner, off-break bowler etc etc. Quite frankly it's all nonsense as they and others like SLA, googly bowler, chinaman etc are just labels that have been used to describe types of bowling and they are confusing to many.
