Liverpooljam87 (U10469726) posted Dec 1, 2007 Peter Crouch is a fantastic asset to Liverpool and I agree with the majority of fans who say he shouldn't be sold. There isn't another player I can think of who is as tall as he is but has a great first touch, can score plenty of goals and can single handedly change a game with his presence.

Daddymonk (U10573580) posted Dec 3, 2007 I agree with many that Crouch can be very frustrating to watch and that when he is poor as against Portsmouth he is shocking-although everyone had an off day on that day. However he is a threat and offers a good foil to the pace and engine of Torres and he does score regularly so why would we sell him? He is not for sale and that is the end of it really. I feel Voronin is more vulnerable to the chop as his lack of pace is troubling and he looks too similar to Dirk Diggler the work horse-and we only need one Dirk. We need a nippy small guy with goals in his eyes-another Owen would be great-but where to find him? Comment on this article |
