Benfica can still finish 3rd place in the group and will give everything they can to do so, they can and will take at least a point out of their match.

Any Gers Fans who want to have some fun with what i have written above, bring it on. The Bhoys will have the last laugh.

Whatever the result in Milan, Celtic, Scottish SPL Champions will be In last 16 of Cl two seasons in a row.

I think its tough to call who goes through on paper you have to admit that Rangers and Celtic aren't the best but there fans and there desire to win, equals that of Milan and Lyon, but i think Celtic will defo get beat in Milan and Rangers might hold up for a draw, As a neutral i think Rangers have produced the best result by beating Lyon 3-0 at Lyon but Celtic are invincible at home but awful away.

Im not contradicting myself, you just done it to yourself.

Any team who wins 0-3 away from home as convincingly as we did, how can anyone argue we arent the same calibre as them? but i will still argue even with ranegrs fans Lyon are a better team.

At Ibrox, we can defend, or we can go for a win. Against Stuttgart, we could have very easily won 3/4 - 1, we have luck to thank for that. Against Barcelona we set our stall out to defend, and that we did, minimizing barcelonas shots on target to there lowest ever against scottish opposition.

Lyon could not beat an inferior Celtic a few years ago, and celtic got scooshed 2-0 (or was it 3?)

They will not like a cold winter night with an intimidating Ibrox atmosphere (which yes, HAS been voted the best of all scottish grounds)

I see us putting up a barcelona defensive show, and getting the draw. If we get any chances, i will put money on it being taken on such a vital night.

AC Milan have NEVER risked finishing top of the group in the champions league whenever it has been on the line. If celtic were to win that game, AC would go 2nd spot. They will not take that risk and will go for the win, like all teams do, even there International team who might i remind you only needed the draw to beat us to qualification.

As for statistics, can you maybe re-arrange that? i dont know how to work an Enigma machine.

Cheers!

AC are gonna wanna play a proper team out because they know if the lose the finish 2nd in the group so its gonna tough for celtic. i think theyll get a draw just like i think rangers will get their draw with lyon.

This team of 11 journeyman are fighting way above their own weight and whilst they recognise their own limitations in terms skill....they ARE also acutely aware of their strengths....BELIEF , GUTS and NEVER-SAY-DIE attitude..
Give me those qualities any day of the week!!!!!

Well done Celtic.....you have made me both HAPPY and PROUD....Keep up the good work

they are being played early because milan are playing in the world club cup (or something along those lines) next week.
