Glad Lyon Drew.Scottish Premier Rangers by BouncyBear. (There appears to be some misinformation) (U1126991) 27 November 2007 Thought that was a pretty creditable performance. Naismith must be staking a claim for a start and Thomson put in another good shift. I'm just pleased Lyon got a draw though so ultimately the result counts for nothing. If Barca had won I think our result would have harder to take. All 3 Stuttgart goals were sloppy. Poor defending from the corner for the first, arguably a mistake by McGregor for the second though I think he maybe saw it late and we got caught down the left hand side once we pushed Naisy up in search of the winner. Considering how close big Davy came to scoring with his 1st half header as well as fact we had another few decent chances we could easily have nicked a result. Scoring twice away from home in the CL and coming away with nothing wont happen too often. Latest 10 commentsRead members' comments or add your own

Chris Cunningham (U10003081) posted Nov 28, 2007 Sorry, were you watching a different Kevin Thompson? He was absolutely gash all night. As a defensive centre half his job is to hold the line and we were completely nonexistent going back in midfield. Not to mention that a half-dozen times he just gifted them with out of control short passes.

EvilRoySlade (U10433256) posted Nov 28, 2007 Did you just credit Kevin Thomson's "performance"? My oh my. A one footed rabbit in the headlights who was about 20 leagues out of his depth. The boy can't play. Stop defending him. He's useless. Charlie Adam as well. His use of the ball is frighteningly schoolboyish. Quick Charlie, lump a blind ball up the park even though you're in acres of space! Both garbage and always will be.

RSBevens (U10324577) posted Nov 28, 2007 The players with the expection of maybe barry may not have had the best game but the fault is all Smith's for leaving a massive whole in the pitch where naismith should have been after he was moved up front with Cousin. This whole left magnin to not only have a good effort from way out but also delvier the killer pass to put sttugart into the lead. Comment on this article
