Unlike the previous poster I have no sympathy for you. I say that not out of malice. Your club, among others, laid the boot into us, voting for our points deduction. Moreover, i'm sure many Luton supporters have had a good laugh, mocking Leeds United for their demise. What goes around comes around. Revenge is a dish best served cold!

Firstly I would like to say, as a Leeds fan, that we know how painful this situation can be and therefore do feel for the Luton fans to some extent. However, could someone please explain to be why Luton are deducted 10 points for going into administration and Leeds are deducted 25 points for going into administration, I'm sure there is a simple explanation.

The 1st 10 pts were administration. The additional 15 were not having a CVA. Leeds did have a CVA but at the 11 hour the tax man appealed and we missed the deadline. The tax man has said he will appeal all football CVA's therefore it is relevant to Luton.

Good luck Luton.

It is unfair to punish the supporters and players of Luton Town when the wrongdoings were made by management. Punish the managers and financiers of the club by all means. They are to be blamed.

Good Luck Luton.

Those Leeds fans having a dig should be ashamed and have very short memories

I feel sorry for the hatters.
When they would have qualified for Europe after winning league cup they were banned due to Liverpool. So never receieved any financial gains or TV money.
In the late 80's they had a good team on which to build playing entertaining football. Pleat took good players to Totenham (What a waste)
and other players were sold. Kingsley black, Paul Walsh.

As a Singapore taxi driver once said when talking about Luton Town a few years ago "Luton town, man with head band." Remembering Steve Foster.

I feel sorry for Luton. I find it ridiculous that the Football League will do nothing to help a team in financial difficulty.

Good Luck when you play us (Liverpool) this sunday. Having said that, based on our last performance against Wigan and barely scraping a win at Derby, you may be in with a chance!

A Liverpool fan in peace

Thanks for your thoughts lets hope the Liverpool team are thinking a bit more about europe than the "minor cup" game they are playing against us on Sunday.smileysmileysmiley
