Colchester_White (U872245) posted Nov 23, 2007 Unlike the previous poster I have no sympathy for you. I say that not out of malice. Your club, among others, laid the boot into us, voting for our points deduction. Moreover, i'm sure many Luton supporters have had a good laugh, mocking Leeds United for their demise. What goes around comes around. Revenge is a dish best served cold!

However, could someone please explain to be why Luton are deducted 10 points for going into administration and Leeds are deducted 25 points for going into administration, I'm sure there is a simple explanation.

slincsleeds (U9749471) posted Nov 24, 2007 The 1st 10 pts were administration. The additional 15 were not having a CVA. Leeds did have a CVA but at the 11 hour the tax man appealed and we missed the deadline. The tax man has said he will appeal all football CVA's therefore it is relevant to Luton.

Wallywithoutabrolly (U10492244) posted Nov 24, 2007 It is unfair to punish the supporters and players of Luton Town when the wrongdoings were made by management. Punish the managers and financiers of the club by all means. They are to be blamed.
