Were finished as a footballing nation. Why? Because of the FA. Where do i start?

They appoint a man who isn't capable of managing in International football, inept tactics, a yes man, a dillusional man.

They don't spend money at grassroot level, our players are techniqly awful, have no guille or vision, this will continue for many years to come.

The players themselves have no idea, just happy to pick up their wages, don't care what we paupers think.

The fans and media put way to much pressure on them, not ideal for a team under pressure. This will never stop, too many impatient people out there.

The FA need a change at the top, maybe change the whole concept all together, it just doesn't work, men born with silver spoons in there gobs.

I don't have the answers, i'm not sure anyone does, but English football is screaming for an over-haul.

I think we should appoint a manager who's willing to get a TEAM together, outside the "big 4', without all the distractions of the CL, the ferraris and the media hype, who play together, fight together and (god forbid) drink together, in the mould of Jack Charlton's Ireland.

BTW, what is Big Jack doing at the moment?

Beating the GARMARNS! I think?

You need to have quality mixed with sheer passion to win games, there aint much quality outside the "big four".

I'd like to see a manager get a squad together outside of the big 4 who, without the distractions of the CL, ferraris and media hype, who play together, fight together and (god forbid) drink together, in the vein of Jack Charlton's Ireland.
We may not win the world cup (nothing new there, but we'd go down fighting.

BTW, what's Big Jack doing at the moment?

Give it to Coco the Clown.

Oh no, we can't! We've just sacked him!

Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Ok, so the clown is gone, he shuld never have been there. We got one thing right, only its 18mnths late. Now i think Barwick should pay some price, he appointed him. We shouldnt be giving him more power to choose our next coach, he already stuffed up.

Secondly, the players, need to show more passion, more want and not be lacks. It does not matter who we play. We could have qualified, but we drew with israel and other weaker teams. The players were not good enough. It should not matter, what your name is, then you should not be wearing the three lions.

And the media. Well, they need to stop putting too much pressure on the team. Stop praising all the players. Keane was right, there is too much ego going around. That needs to change. This a big chance and the best chance to change. The rest of the world laughs at us, at times like this, because we talk big and always going on about the team before we actually achieve thing.

We shouldnt blame anyone, but the players, the coach and the fa.

Bill Shankly said: "Football is not about life or death, its more than that"

the england campaign surely did not show it.

England are not in the same league as Italy, France, Spain, Holland. So forget comparing with Brazil, Argentina and so on. You will not win anything when you have Lampard, Croach, Lescott, JT (worse captain - only chosen because he is a chelsea player, SWP. These players are not international players. Nor is AJ. How can you start Lescott when you had Brown. Im an Arsenal fan, so people who suggest Wenger should be England boss can just dream on. Arsenal's carling cup team will beat England.

"Mourinho - No thanks. Remember this guy is used to working with world class players and a monster budget. Working within the current England set up and players would break the man"

obviously you don't know the record or history of Jose Mourinho. Porto.... no big budget, no really big power names. Still he won everything he looked at.

Chelsea - Cech, Drogba, terry, Lampard, Carvalho... not really big superstars before Mourinho arrived, no?
