I fancy Ireland to suprise us all and sneak a one nil. With Wales missin Bellamy and Earnshaw and Eastwood firin blanks this season I cant see them scoring. Kevin Doyle has scored a couple for Reading recently so he's in with a shout. Would like Robbie Keane to score an away goal for once. I think its 3 years without one now?!

Game Synopsis:

Wales 0 - 1 Rep. Ireland
Doyle ('67)
Yellow Cards
Nyatanga Reid
Carsley

Word is that Earnshaw is fit for Wales, but Robbie is a doubt for us. Gotta feeling that we may have to settle for a draw. Defeat must be avoided at all costs.

Afternoon all,

Got a funny feeling it could be quite an open game. Neither team appear to really believe they have anything to play for (in spite of the seedings for the upcoming WC group draw). With so many 1st team players having pulled out it will give an opportunity to young guys on the fringe of the squads.

2-3 to Ireland - have a sneaky punt on the players to make more noise than the fans tomorrow.

I like my user name buts thats pure qualityok

I think the seedings are more or less settled for the WC. Its confirmed they're based on fifa ranking and not on finishng position for this campaign. Ireland's rank means theyre def in third tier. (cheers stan)

"any idea what the attendence might be, or how many burgers will be sold at half time?!!"

I would say about 10 to 20 thousand given the match is a dead rubber and practically a play-off for about 4th place
