Man of the Match in two friendly games, 13 goals for England, 5 in friendly games. Frank doesn't do it at the highest level.
Why do you keep defending him so blindly.
Yes Frank was votest best England player, but not recently, not now people recognize he hasn't got the stomach for the big occasion.
Gerrard 11 England goals 9 in competive games. More than Lampard.
If Frank is so much better than Gerrard why do people in football regard Gerrard as the better player? Do you think you know better than Sven, McClaren, Terry Venables?
My point about the penalty was when there is real Pressure Lampard bottles it. I feel you are not accurate nor objective and lack credibility with this blind faith in Lampard.
What will it take, a team built around Lampard and a monumental failure for you to realise he ain't good enough Internationally

Selective memory, have you not heard how many times Lampard has been booed by the same England fans as they recognise he is not good enough at international level any more.

The lunatic fringe, they also booed Shearer which resulted in him hanging up his England boots. That was a disgrace just as much as the booing of Lampard was.
