Aluko is by all accounts a superb player, gets fans excited he didnt play when i was at todders last time.
think we can thank my boyhood hero, and your underated assistant boss Eric Black for discovering him.
Also sure he was behind the signing of Kapo for the brum

You can tell by watching the guy that he is from a different planet in terms of ability compared to your average scottish winger. He can cross, shoot, and maybe more importantly can skin people which is what so many players fail to do. He's the most exciting player ive seen at pittodrie thisdecade by a country mile.
Have a look at this aberdeen forum and see what my fans think about him, we're all praying his loan will get extended, or more farfetched, he just falls in love with scottish football and never returns to you!

One thing to ask, is he quite injury prone? He was injured in training when he first signed and he was taken off on saturday with a knock.
Best of luck in the prem.

He has made two subs appearances and then two starts for Aberdeen so far. Was man of the match in both his starts and scored on saturday against Dundee Utd. He collected the ball just outside the box, drifted past the united defender and then hit it home with his weaker right foot. Was a great goal.

He has pace, skill, puts in dangerous crosses and another thing that i've noticed is that he tracks back quite a lot too. His debut for us was in a friendly against Montrose and I felt he was a bit ball greedy but he hasn't been really like that for competitive matches.

I think I speak for many that we'd like to see him here for the remainder of the season, to be honest i think it's a no-brainer rele, he'll get regular first team games here, his decision-making (when to dribble, when to pass etc) will get better through experience and he will improve physically here too. No doubt about his ability but at present he would probably not be effective for Birmingham in the Premiership as he needs to bulk up a bit.

All the best for the season and thanks for giving us Sone Aluko in the 1st place

Hope Black has a word in Bruce's ear to convince him to let us keep Aluko til end of the season, he's starting to come on to a game and looks a really good player.

He's been nothing short of a revelation. Gets fans up off their seats. Tye first player at Pittodrie to do that for some time. I'd even go as far as suggesting a 2 season long loan deal would be beneficial to all parties concerned. Aberdeen would get a player with great potential without having to pay a ridiculous transfer fee. Birmingham would get a player back in 2 seasons who will have improved both technically and more importantly for the premiership ,physically, and the lad himself would be playing meaningful 1st team football instead of boring reserve matches.
I really hope we get him until at least the end of the season.

Good luck the Birmingham for the rest of the season.

This lad looks like he could be an excelent loan signing for us

Have been surprised JC hadnt played him more allready albeit he has had a few injuries.

Took his goal well on saturday and looks like he can help our strikers find the net a bit more regularly.

Hope he plays Aluko on thursday

Watching the AFC v Loko game and Aluko is looking like our best player, very quick, got a few tricks, hope we can keep him for at least the season.

Oh and can we have his sister too, she plays for the England Womans national team and is apparently a bit handy.
