The substitutions really changed the game - Haskell was immense, but I felt the real masterstroke was bringing off Fleuty for Gisbergen and moving Cipriani to Fly, the moment that change was made the side had better balance and Wasps looked to have a decent attacking edge, up until that point the attack was blunt

Probably one of Dallaglio's biggest fan over the years but lets make room for these new boys now at Wasps and England.

Up until the last 20 minutes Gloucester out played Wasps on all fronts.
The last 20 minutes, however, Wasps played like true champions.
On his performance yesterday, I can not believe that Wayne Barnes is a top flight referee steam .. perhaps a spot of retraining and a look at the rule book would improve his game!(unlike some of the Kiwi's I will not stoop to sending death threats!)

i wish people would appreciate the impact Amor had, the moment he came on we had quick ball which gave the backs a chance. interesting that the moment wasps increase the pace of the game, gloucester couldnt handle it. reddan slowed the game to such an extent that we were so easy to defend against.

iansmian - I agree, Amor changed the speed of the game and lifted the team. I wish Geechs would give him more game time.

More, More, More, Simon Amor, Simon Amor!!!!

A stunning Wasps win and very unexpected after we were 8-26 down. I was impressed with Glaws' all round game for 60 minutes though. The substitutions and positional changes were just what was needed for Wasps as they had little cutting edge up until then. Lol was slow of deed and thought and absolutely outclassed by Haskell. A memorable moment was when Wasps cleverly worked Sackey free at the end and he set off for the line at some pace only for Delve to bring him down with a superb tap tackle that, on another day, would have saved the game for Glaws. Great rugby all round.

I was so depressed at 60 minutes I almost left the ground!!Amazing comeback, Haskell has proven he is a world class player. We were wondering when he would come on and Ibanez. What's it going to be like when the rest of the world cup lads are back? Fantastic - well done lads.

<<What's it going to be like when the rest of the world cup lads are back?>>

well i'd settle for 3 defeats for wasps against tigers in finals personally.
to make up for you lot nicking our heineken cup last year.
by cunningly avoiding having to play in any of the other competitions that we won! biggrin

I was in total despair - along with most of the crowd I think - but what a turnaround.

Can't argue witbh Haskell's impact - should have been at RWC. Amor did inject pace as noted.

I did feel though that Danny Cipriani moving to fly half just made the side seem more balanced.

Whatever - great result and nice to see Wasps playing like we know they can again.

Roll on Saturday and Munster!
