****ARTICAL UPDATE****

I want to thank all die hard fans for commenting on my article.
Some were most interesting whilst others were very passionate making the article comments the best.

385 Comments is not bad!, so why the low ratings?

In the end it was all square, after reading all the comments I found it came down to one thing, the fact that we all passionate about our teams and we would be willing to argue even the losing battles to prove it.

Thanks for commenting

Jason

blue-eyedGoonerDeano are you blind or stupid because if you think that hargreaves hand balled it when it was kicked a yard at him, hleb maybe but remember march 2004 when campbell fouled giggs inside the box short memorys, you have had so many lucky decisions go for you, and if you comeback with saying brown fouled hleb then football has well and truely a womens game.

i think we were lucky but we played it well, I HATE HOW THERE SAYING WE DIDNT PLAY GOOD FOOTBALL!!! i can say we didnt play as good as we did all the other teams but man U set out to stop us playing well, why else did ferguson show up to the liverpool and arsenal match, and ferguson all AAGHH! when he lost and complaining about the ref, 'man united?' more like 'moan united'.

i wonder why people say Man u outplayed Arsenal, just maybe they did not concentrate on the match.
arsenal had more chance and man u had just few. ball possessio was 52 to 48 and so is shot at goal and target.

what do you understand by outplay.........
they had their chance and scored through the mistake of Alumni, nothing special.

please check facts and statistic before commenting then watch, man u will be under pressure at old trafford and Arsenal will carry the day...

watch out........ for rsenal this season

SupaMacGooner™ says why????

I can see that you're severely lacking in the originality stakes. Does it not get boring simply recycling the same response?

It's worth noting that most people have jobs which involve communicating with people, it's not actually that special. Well done nevertheless, your work obviously means a lot to you, hence your need to mention it on a football forum.

One other thing, your incorrect assumption that every poster who has a different view to you is a WUM really needs addressing. I appreciate that you've been outplayed on your own soil in a big match so no wonder goon sensitivity levels are off the scale right now.

Really looking forward to crushing you at the library, Chelsea are playing different league football right now so get ready for the inevitable ok

Football is not all about statistics. More possession is meaningless if it is innefectual.

You can have 10 shots on target compared to 2 and the team with 2 has had better chances. Not every 'chance' is equal.

You don't even have to have had a shot to have created a chance. Dangerous balls played right across the 6 yard box show that a defense has been 'penetrated' well. Arsenal had to defend such balls a number of times, I don't remember us having to. The more opportunities you create like that, the more likely you are to score goals, hence why Rooney scuffed one and it wound up in the net. You keep knocking on the door, eventually it will pay.

Anyone who analyses a match purely by statistics doesn't know football.

What United have failed to understand is that we had our main goal threat out of the game (Persie) with Fabregas they are the heart beat of our team - just like Rooney or Ronaldo are yours.

I would of loved to play you without Rooney or Ronaldo.

Wow, what an insightful comment.

Let me get this straight... Take away our best players and you might have won the match?

Genius.

Absolutely Unsaveable if you think that then there are majour issues and flaws on the capabilities of eduardo bendtler adebayour and wolcott and the depth is not there, because if thats the best excuse you can come up with then you will not win the title, united are better then arsenal saterday showed that and if you played 442 united could have won more comfortable because hargreaves anderson ronaldo giggs would have had more space and out muscled flaminie fabrigas hleb rosicky.
