Not a takeover yet but news of it with the names of the 2 rival bidders

news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foo...

To be honest i don't mind who takes the club over money is money we cannot pick and choose who we want. Espiacally in the situation the club is currently in.

What are you thoughts on the bidders Coventry fans?

Aston Villa - Ranson, a successful businessman, had been linked with a 30m bid for the Midlands outfit and another failed attempt valued at 45 million.

I would go for Ray Ranson myself and wouldn't welcome back Geoffrey Robinson to be honest.

The takeover polls on the coventry city mad and evening telegraph websites are pretty much in favour of Ranson's bid...Ranson has 80% of the city fans' backing.

Anyone know if a verdict will be decided today?
Then an EGM can be called!
