Would it not avoid the whole problem if the SFL had announced what team was what number in advance, as they do down south?
Because, as it is, it seems no-one knew there had been a mistake apart from Mr. Fergusson.
At least if everyone in the room had known the numbers, someone might have been able to correct him at the time.

This has been going on for years, fixing the semi finals so there is one big team in the final to guarantee ticket sales. I was surprised when the draw was made at lunchtime, but then to my amazement, they managed to fix it again.

I am sure if they try really hard they could think of a scheme to change the fixtures back to herats vs dundee utd and then kick hearts out the competition and replace them with celtic.

This ensuring and old firm final. Should of course aberdeen or dundee utd then upset the apple cart another scheme would have to be thought of.

Another thing, the reason it took them 4 hours to identify the 'mistake' is that they all went for lunch at a very expensive hotel.

Wonder who is paying?????
