as for Harry still being a Judas, he was on a undercover mission, I think 99% of Pompey fans have forgiven him, I think it helped that he replaced somebody who didnt have a clue, in my opinion he wont retire in 2011 will carry on I hope

The best wheeler & dealer the premiership (or other leagues) has ever known, or will know. He just has a great eye for talent, if he doesn't predict a good future for a player, he'll sell them to a lesser club, and if a very good player like Crouch is in his squad he will sell to the higher up clubs to further his improvement. Fantastic.

No , and he won't ever be .. his less than squeaky clean reputation will ensure that he is never considered for that position. I'm afraid that mud has stuck. On the bright side, that means Portsmouth can keep a decent manager for some time to come.

Yeh your right, one of the managers who should have managed England, not in the same class as Cloughie who never managed England but not far from it, he never will, will always be someone like McLaren, a 'yes man'

he is the best manager thit i know for pompey by far and when there was interferance from the back harry ran for the door but what do you expect, a manager like harry wants to have full control and when he came back just carried on from where he left off, and look at us now, if we dont get into euros this year then i wiil be extreamly dissapointed what with us already played the top four and come out with something to show for it

Actually, Harry is probably very much in the eyes of those in the FA, as is Terry Venables. Yes, both do tend to "wheel 'n Deal" but that's what everyone envies about the English. Bear in mind one thing... managers don't survive in the premiership very long if they always deal from the top of the deck. England wants the success that Ramsay, Robson and Venables gave us (and they all had their dark sides too). Harry 'n Tel would deliver the goods. Sorry Pompey, he's too good to stay down there......his Country needs him!
