souness-gone-forever (U3137407) posted Oct 7, 2007 Big Sam is incredible; Before the game he predicted that newcastle would find an extra gear and score in the last 10 minutes due to evertons weariness after being in the UEFA cup on thursday, he was right!

Ok he made a great opening for Oba but when he plays in midfield is his useless. He isn't a winger and isn't really a centre midfielder.

evertonfaithful (U9483238) posted Oct 7, 2007 oh well it is allways annoying to concede a winner in injury time, but our defense was sloppy and, while i think we were unlucky not to get a point, all credit to the magpies who showed great character after each of evertons equalisers

Hopefully we can keep on getting results like this over the next few weeks and keep the pressure on the sides aiming for the top 6 this is a superb result as i feel Everton will be up there towards the end. posted Oct 8, 2007 Great win and very pleasing to see Emre and Owen score!

nufcchampionshiptour (U9935828) posted Oct 8, 2007 A win is a win but we weren't entirely convincing. Good result, but why was milner on the left and CNZ on the right, we were at our best when they were on their normal flanks. Emre brought some flair and creativity, what we have been missing so far this season, he must play instead of Geremi - the new Amdy Faye. Cacapa and Faye were awesome, couldn't be blamed for either gosl.
