Agree with ChrisSambatime, we should be proud of our teams achievements, especially when we still have something to play for in April and May. I'd rather be where we are now than fighting relegation, or being dumped out of the domestic cups early doors. So stop carping and get behind the boys.

Cant say im sorry..Blackburns style of football borders on violent..inattractive to watch....but its hardly surprising when you have so called footballers like Robbie Savage in your team.Being knocked out of the cup spares a few other teams being kicked round the park.

Yawn. Try something original.

And what does inattractive mean?

I'd quie like to see Hughes at spurs, i think as he gets more experience he will get better.

He's still pretty young in his managerial career.

I used to hate Blackburn, Souness certainly didn't help smiley but they are consistently getting there. unfortunate you balled up the first leg. There are always upsets in cup, unfortunately it was you guys

This coming from a supporter of a team containing hatchet man Viera! We cant all play the beautiful game like Arsene, but to keep harping on about a team being physical over and over again is just plain stupid. No two teams play the same football, and as much as I'd like to see Rovers at the top of the PL with 20+ goal diff, and being praised for our out and out attractive footie, it aint going to happen. So just quit griping, do your homework and get round us another way. Cut your cloth to suit. it aint rocket science.

Im glad we are out.
Uefa cup is a waste of time unless u get to the final which is after about 20 matches. we lost to portsmouth, which had we won would have taken us to fourth.
The Uefa cup has too many rounds, then champions league teams enter.

For fifty years I have unswervingly supported all British teams in Europe. Blackburns defeat is poetic justice. Hughes persuaded Bentley to treacherously desert the England u21's at the European Championships so he could have a holliday before he joined the rest of the no hopers in the Inter Toto to qualify through the back door for the Eufa Cup,a second rate tournament that Bill Shankly said his team would never be poor enough to play in. I am delighted they lost and if we had a proper manager he would never select Bentley to play for an England team again.

Under 21's??? nobody really gave a fig about them before the Bentley incident. You can tell the system is a joke when a lot of players bypass the under-21's and play immediately for the seniors. And then there is the lack of coverage in the media whenever they play.

My main beef with the whole Bentley situation is the senior team play crap football, live it up in the times they should be training, and no-one cares, the only thing to come out of it is a murmur of "hmm, they don't deserve the shirt" a MURMUR.

Bentley, not a selfish guy, he's not the kinda guy to lie about such a situation. But he did play more games for Blackburn last season than any other member of the squad, and HE'S an evil guy because he felt tired... hmm, that's not right!

In other sports, players skip the England squad all the time, for pregnancies, for family emergencies, and the worst excuse I think I've EVER heard came from Julian White for the England Rugby squad for the 2007 World Cup.

Read that and I tell you, where's the nations backlash? Nowhere. We as a people only care what people tell us to care about. How can THIS go under the radar when a guy that is clearly fatigued from a tough campaign get more attention than the nobodies the good 2 months after BB is finally over?!?!?!

Don't fret too much Rovers fans....we'll fly the flag for Lancashire.
C'mon you Whites !!!

Lancashire thanks you in advance for your representation in the Championship.

As for the "unswerving support for British clubs in Europe", you certainly swerved like a Carlos free-kick with your comments after that.
