John Gregory

Queens Park Rangers have sacked John Gregory as manager of the club. Mick Harford has been put in temporary charge.

What do you make of the decision? Is it the right time for him to go?

Who would you like to see come in?

John Gregory was a breath of fresh air last season and seemed to rejuvenate the side. However, it seems that the breath had ran out and we just need a manager who can work wonders with the limited squad we have. Jewell, Allen or Warnock YES, Vialli NO and didn't Mourinho say he wouldn't manage in the PREMIERSHIP but wanted a challenge!?!?!? biggrin

Gregory was toilet in the hot seat. (although lets not forget he served QPR well as a player in the 80s).If Jose is unrealistic, I'll lower my sights to Vialli. He'll do okay.

I'm not surprised!
I don't rate him as a manager at all.
He's never achieved anything as manager in any level of the game.

Personally I think its a perfect oppertunity for a QPR old boy to take over, like Ray Wilkins, Les Ferdinand, or maybe even a high profile player like Gianluca Vialli i'd love to see any of them at loftus Road and it would definately bring a bit of spirit back to what has been a dissappointing season so far.

I have to agree with the email from bhupeshm about Martin Allen.I too believe it is a Backward Step.I do not think he would get on with the Present Chairman, there would be Fire works between the two of them.If we cannot get Ian Holloway back then I would like to see Paul Jewell. The most important thing is to be United. The players need belief and The NEW OWNERS need to Act Quickly Appointing A Manager who can both lift the players and make us a Team that will be at the TOP end of the table by April of 2008.Can WE Do It YES WE CAN.Good luck to every one connected to Q.P.R. Fans,Players and The Board.

This will really interest you QPR fans

Former Newcastle and West Ham Manager Glenn Roeder looks like he might be your next Manager. If you do get GR then you'll have a manager who might get you promoted!
