Blackburn fan in peace, I knew about Elano a while back through different sources and was amazed when Man City managed to clinch his signing, paired with a hint of jealousy! Fantastic signing, great skills and wonderful shooting ability.

I knew how good a player Elano was when watchin him score a hat trick against Argentina in 2006, dident think he would adapt this well, but he has been super for man city, and he will score more goals. And also Martin Petrov is playin excellent football, and boy can he run! even though i aint a man city fan, i love watchin them play this season, a shadow of the team who couldnt score many at home last season, keep up the good work.

Man City deserve all the plaudits for a good start to the season, much better than anyone could have expected.
Let's face it:
Demoralised team from last season.
Sven, England failure, as manager.
Many players bought on video evidence.
Not a lot going for them was there?
How they have proved everyone wrong, so far, good luck lads. (Not a MC supporter).

On the flip side, what a poor performance by Newcastle.
Again, if they could play as half as good as they talk, they'd be top of the league by now.

Man City were simply too good for us. Made a lot easier by our midfield holding open the door and letting them pour in!

right lets finally get this straight, do you really think sven would have spent £40m on these players (which all have turned out to be excellent) on video evidence! He has contacts all over the world, he said he spoke to Dunga before he signed Elano about whether he though he would fit it, he probably has the most contacts out of any manager! he isnt stupid and he proven it!

i always thought sven was a good acquisition for man city. he has done well at every club he has been with. also you are now playing the kind of football which will always create chances and you have the players to put them away. hope you can keep it up
