I like Mr. Frosty best.
Afterall it is the pantomine season. Frosty the snowman and all that I always nickname the nicknames. This thread is like a pantomine ( amongst others)

Drive Volley - which radio station do you work for, just out of interest? In order to further my education I feel it might be of benefit to listen to a programme or two.
I am afraid I don't watch Little Britain, so your analogy is lost on me.
Also if "vulgar and barbarous" was name calling directed at me, then that's a red card IMO - which I will be issuing tomorrow while undertaking my football refereeing duty.... and I will inform the poor player who gets sent off exactly why he has been so harshly dealt with!
Just to link back to the original question on this thread - Argentina will beat us 3-2, unless Greg can be persuaded out of retirement.

Pleeeese. As good as he was . He was always in Tim Henmans shadow for all of his career.
The only way we could possibly win if Tim was to come back.

If you think i'm going to mention my employer/work place here, you have another thing coming!

I'm not going to risk abuse/getting stalked by the 'crankier' people here...

I will say that it's local radio station, in the south of England. And that's it.
Nothing especially glamorous or exciting...

That is very wise.
Knowing what has happened in the past on the old board . I have seen people give out emails even towns and mobile numbers on here and lived to regret it. It is always best just to keep it as a simple message board. No one can be trusted on the net

Ahhh, thanks a lot for this.

I've actually been stalked twice in life (i.e. not via the net), so i wouldn't (ever) want anything like that to happen again, however unlikely.
