Wednesday's live Champions League action

European Football
comment on the article

Best of British to Arsenal, Manchester United and Rangers as they make their bow in the Champions League group stages.

Tuesday was a case of worst of British with three games, two goals, one loss and no wins, so fingers crossed things pan out better tonight. Will they?

Let us know your thoughts and idle tittle-tattle on the action as we keep across it on the BBC Sport website so get involved, go on.

Loving the WUMs against Arsenal tonight. Quality stuff. The original cracks about us not being English and playing boring football have me in stitches!

May the Arsenal critics now be silenced! Too young? Boring? No Henry? What now? Well, we're top of the league, have just won 3-0 and we're getting better. So enjoy the game called football, that's what WE are playing.laugh

Someone we don't want at our club, thanks. I'm quite happy with Peter Hill-Wood, Danny Fizman, Lady Nina and the rest of the current board.

He wouldn't be in charge either, the chairman of the company taking over is David Dein another Englishman and he would be in charge.

Rather like the Kenyon - Abrahmovic relationship, but without the whims of Roman.

I didn't watch the arsenal-sevilla match cause I was cheering my barca on but I'm a little bit surprised. sevilla are a brilliant team but seems the occasion was just too big. arsenal gave us henry but they took cesc. I still believe that arsenal and sevilla will qualify from this group.
I'm also shocked by inter defeat to fener. they were without key players but I tipped them atleast to reach the semis. united again were scratchy and din't deserve to win but who cares? totti and roma had a solid start and they will be much stronger this year because of the better squad they have and the experience they picked last season.
the contenders for man of the day are leo messi and cesc. but as a barca fan, I will give leo the edge over our former boy.
go barca!!! vamos leo!!!
